This was shared recently in a swap and I forgot to write down the original maker

Cherry Cobbler Gift Card Base 7 1/2" x 5" scored at 2 1/2" and 3 1/4" (folded up om the 2 1/2" mark and adhered to make the pocket

Shaded Spruce 4 3/4" x 2 1/4" (for inside); 4 3/4" x 1 1/2" (for top front)

Post it Note Holder for my Retreat

Our Crafting in the Ochocos Retreat is this weekend and you can imagine I've been a busy beaver getting ready

I pretty much take my entire craft room with me and we will be having three days of creativity and fun!

I love making handmade items for my attendees and this is one I whipped out yesterday morning

This cute project was shared by Crafty Karen from the UK!!  Thanks, Karen, for the inspiration!

 

I used 4 different pieces of the Flowers for Every Season Designer Series Paper

Here's a quick little picture tutorial

Cut a piece of cardstock 8" x 3 1/4" (you can get three out of a piece of 11" x 8 1/2" cardstock)

Score at 2", x 2 3/8", 5 1/2", 5 7/8"

Cut your designer series paper 3" x 1"; 3" x 2 7/8" and 3" x 1 7/8"  (you can get two sets out of a 6" x 6" piece of paper)

Score the cardstock and fold up. 

Adhere the 3" x 1" piece of designer series paper to the front bottom section

Adhere the 3" x 1 7/8" designer series paper to the top section 

Adhere the 3" x 2 7/8" designer series paper to the back

Open up and insert your 3" x 3" Post It Note pad to the center

Fold up and add a velcro closure to the inside above the 1" piece of designer series paper

Attach both piece and fold down the top, so it will adhere to the inside

That is IT!!  What a cute gift!!

I didn't add anything else.  Handy for your purse, desk or as gifts!

All Dressed Up Dies - Stampin' Up Jan-June Mini Catalog

I couldn't wait to use the All Dressed Up Dies 

You can make purses and backpacks and so many really neat ideas!

Here are a couple I made to share at our demo get-together

Purse using Tropical Oasis Designer Series Paper

and

Backpack using the Parisian Blossoms Specialty Designer Series Paper

These are SO cute and you can actually add 3" x 3" cards to the purse

You just cut two and they go together very easily with Tear & Tape

I made the purse with the designer series paper and it's pretty flimsy, so I do recommend using card stock and decorating with the designer series paper!

Honey Bee Treat Holder

Maralee gave us this darling little treat holder at our demo get together last week

I wanted to share it with you because it's appropriate for ANY special occasion
