I saw LeAnne Greff make this Herringbone Slimline Card, so I had to try it!!
I had SO many scraps from this paper - great way to use it up!!
To do the herringbone technique, you take a piece of card stock and cover it fully with adhesive.
I used Stampin' Seal and covered the entire piece of Very Vanilla
Cut pieces 1/2" by about 4"
Start with a center piece offset just a bit, and line them up to the corner to the left.
Then turn and again starting in the center line up butting up against the first piece you started with
Once you have them all on the card stock, trim off
That paper is SO beautiful!
AND I used the Autumn Punch Pack to cut out the Acorn and leaves
Measurements
Cinnamon Cider Card Base 8 1/2" x 7" scored at 3 1/2" on the 7" side
Mint Macaron 8 1/4" x 3 1/4"
Very Vanilla 8" x 3"
For the coordinating envelope I used the pumpkin paper from the Gilded Autumn Specialty Designer Series Paper
