Saying Goodbye to Lovely as a Tree

Did you know that there is one stamp set that has lasted 18 years in the catalogs?

WOW - that's a LONG time

And that is......

Lovely as a Tree

It's such a classic stamp and I will truly miss it, but I'm keeping mine!

Unfortunately they have run out of it already, but I wanted to share this card 

I got to attend a Stamp-A-Stack on the Oregon Coast put on by my friends Jo and Penny

Penny made this card and I just love the layout.  I'm definitely going to using it again.

Penny had  such a great idea - we stamped the trees, colored them and then she had drawn pencil marks on the back where to cut them!!

Saved a LOT of frustration!

I used this card in my club meetings last week and everyone loved it

We stamped the trees in Early Espresso and then just sponged Balmy Blue for the sky and Granny Apple Green for the trees!  

The sentiment is from Sheltering Tree Stamp Set which is also retiring!
