Triple Fold Card

This card was a hit at my club meetings in April - I showed them how fast and easy it is to make.  The hardest part is deciding how to decorate it!

For the first card I decided to use the Affectionately Yours Specialty Designer Paper - this paper is retiring, but still available.  It's on sale at 30% off (reg price $13) and now $9.10  

The card measures 5 1/2" x 4 1/4" when closed, so still fits into a regular envelope

You start with a piece of 12" x 5 1/2" card stock

Score at 4 1/4", 7 1/4" and 10 1/4"

Then accordion fold starting with the 4 1/4" score line and a valley fold - then mountain fold, valley fold and mountain fold

Here are the measurements for the designer series paper and the mats behind the papers

Designer Series Paper

2 pieces DSP at 5 1/4" x 1 1/2"

2 pieces DSP at 5 1/4" x 2 3/4"

1 piece DSP at 5 1/4" x 4"

For the Belly Band, I cut a piece of coordinating cardstock 11" x 1" 

I just wrapped it around and sealed it with a piece of Tear & Tape

Eastern Palace Suite Early Release

I'm back - did you wonder what happened to me?  Probably not, but just in case, I was terribly sick last week - ended up thinking I could "take care of it", but I couldn't.  Went to the doctor finally on Tuesday and they sent me in for a CT scan.   It was diverticulitis - so had to be on antibiotics and a liquid diet, then soft foods.  Pretty much knocked me for a loop!

But I'm back to feeling 100% better and ready to go again
