Happy Celebrations Shaker Card

I'm just loving these really simple Shaker Cards

The Happy Celebrations stamp set is a great set and you can coordinate that set with the Celebrations Duo Textured Impression Embossing folders (found on page 40 in the 2017 Stampin' Up Occasions Catalog

I used the Watercolor Pencils and "painted" the background and then ran it through the Embossing Folder
