 Carousel Birthday

Here's another one - LOVE the carousel horse!  

You probably didn't notice, but THIS card is different than the one above. - opposite fold.  I looked at that and looked at it (late at night!!) and couldn't figure out what I had done wrong!!  I had to laugh - I just put the horse/sentiment on upside down!!  Oh well, it's okay!!

April Stamp of the Month Kit - Cool Treats Stamp Set and Frozen Treats Thinlits

 

I'm excited to share this month's Stamp of the Month Kit

With summer coming (Maybe???) this will be the perfect suite!!

'Wonder what the Stamp of the Month Kit is?  If you have ever purchased stamp and accessories and then didn’t know what to do with them when you received them, I have the solution.  You purchase the kit (at a discount), and I will send you the kit and three projects to do up immediately.  The kit includes the stamp set and whatever else I choose in making the card kits.  I don’t include adhesives, ink and stamped images (per Stampin' Up rules), and you can substitute what you have.  These projects are fun and easy to do.  I will send you a pdf file by email with the instructions and pictures for each project and the actual product to make three projects will be included in your kit!  Plus I will include additional samples that you can use to create even more cards and projects!!

Avant Garden and Dying Ribbon

As I mentioned before, I decided I wouldn't get the Avant Garden Stamp Set that is a Sale-A-Bration free item

But, I just LOVE this stamp set now and I will definitely be keeping this one!!

Here's a card I made using Avant Garden - and I wanted to add some "bling" so I dyed the 3/8" Silver Metallic Ribbon which is also a free item with a $50 purchase during Sale-A-Bration

To dye the ribbon, you just run it over your ink pad - quick and simple!!  If you have any Stampin' Spots, they work great too.  We do sell the Uninked Stampin' Spots - great way to use them!!

Our youngest grandchild is turning 2 today

You can see the texture on the basket?  I cut the basket and ran it through the Festive Textured Impressions Embossing Folder and then sponged some Soft Suede ink over it!
