This little penguin in the Snow Place Stamp set that is new in the 2015 Holiday Catalog just tickles my fancy. I think he's just SO cute - love this little guy!

The neat thing about this set is the framelits that match. I just stamped this little guy and cut him out and popped him up with dimensionals!! SO easy! Even the scarf and muffs have a coordinating framelit!!
