Such a fun little card.  LOVE the new Halloween paper called Happy Haunting AND the Spider Web Doilies!  Oh they are SO cool!  Check out page 47 of the 2015 Holiday Catalog for these great new products.  And......Stampin' Up has introduced in this catalog a brand new Fine-Tip Glue Pen.  Yep - perfect for adhering these small items like these Spider Web Doilies!!  Whoo Hoo!  You are going to love it for these and for small embellishments like sequins etc.  Can't wait for you to try it!

Papillion Potpourri - Class Prize!

My good friend, Shelly, and I are having a class on Saturday.  We will be using the Sprinkles of Life stamp set and the coordinating Tree Builder Punch for the clas.

One of the things I LOVE doing is making special handmade gifts as a grand prize at my classes!  Shelly is contributing the Papillion Potpourri stamp set and I made these 4 cards to go along with

Just a few more swaps and then I promise to do something else.....

We have a special birthday coming up this week - my hubby's - the family is all coming home this weekend and we are SO looking forward to it.  

So once this week is over, I plan to get in my room and try out some of the NEW products from the Holiday Catalog 2015.  Yes, we did get to see it revealed at the Stampin' Up convention - oh my HEART!!  SO many new wonderful products.  And LOTS of bundles in this catalog (where you can save 15%!!).  So I will be breaking out the new products and sharing them with you!!  Oh, and by the way, I had catalogs sent out to all my current customers, so please check to see if yours has come - if it hasn't be sure and let me know.  If you don't have a Stampin' Up Demonstrator, I will be happy to send you a 2015 Holiday Catalog!!

But first just a couple more (well 3.....) swap cards to share.

It's absolutely beautiful

The picture doesn't do this card justice.  The butterfly is dazzling!!!  It's of course from the Butterflies Thinlits (137360) and I'm guessing she sponged over with Bermuda Bay ink and then used a 2-way glue and dazzling diamonds.  It sparkles.  The Hello is from the Hello You Thinlits (137363) and is cut with Silver Foil Sheets (132178).  And she used theLovely Lace Embossing Folder (133737) and inked the opposite side of the folder and then ran it through; the ink is on the "debossed" part.  Really beautiful!!

This next card uses the Stamp Set Wild About Flowers (138728) anothe rset I overlooked but love after seeing this sample.  

The sentiment is from Timeless Love (139408) and the DSP is from the 2015-2017 In-Color Envelope Paper in Mint Macaron (138312).  Can you see the little scallop on the top and bottom?  That is from the Tin of Cards Stamp Set (138946).

This set also uses the Wild About Flowers Stamp Set (138728) - just a little piece of the English Garden Designer Series Paper (138440) really sets this card off!

And.....you will be blown away by this card!  Again I don't have a name to give credit to, but it's SO sweet

The stamp set used is Cupcake Party (134126) and of course the Cupcake Builder Punch (121807)

The paper is from the Cherry On Top Designer Series Paper Stack (138443).  Perfect addition for a Happy Birthday Card

And the inside.......

The cupcakes on the inside POP UP!!  How clever!  She cut three pieces about 1/2" on each side of the center fold and they pop out!!

Here's a very sweet card - LOVE it!  It's SO vintage!!

The flower in the background is from Butterfly Basics (138816) and the sentiment is from a brand new set called One Big Meaning (139420)  Very impressive

This card is stunning - shared by Kimberly Munoz

This is called Herringbone and uses the paper from the Go Wild Designer Series Paper Stack (138441).  If you like animal prints you will GO WILD over this paper stack.

Such a great way to uses up paper scraps!!

Baby Cards - fun, fun

The brand new stamp set called Made with Love (138662) is just perfect for that newborn!  Can't wait for the next baby in the family to use this set!!

Here are a couple of samples I swapped for at the Stampin' Up Convention recently.  Can't name the swapper as I couldn't find her name, but LOVE her card.  This dresser drawer is SO simple to make and very creative!!  She used the Decorative Label Punch (120907) for the "feet" of the dresser and just added 3 pieces which she popped up with dimensionals for the "drawers".  And, of course, this stamp set also has coordinating framelits called Baby's First Framelits (133735)  SO easy to make this card with the framelits - no "fussy" cutting!!

Flower Shop and Pansy Punch

I guess I really must like flowers, because I ended up swapping for 3 cards that used the Pansy punch.  Yes, I'm a "punchaholic".   I have to have every punch that comes out!! These cards are all very different and totally awesome!!

This card uses the Birthday Blossoms Stamp Set (139471) and then the big flower is actually from the same set and punched out with the Pansy punch (130698)

And this card is gorgeous - it combines Mint Macaron (new 2015-2017 In-Color) and Perfect Plum. OOOOHHHH - yummy together

Masculine Cards

We are always looking for samples of masculine cards - they are never easy to make it seems, so I love swapping for samples!

This card uses the cute new set called You're Sublime

This stamp set has five darling little figures with sentiments!  You will love it

It's Item # 139309 and is on page 45 of the Annual Catalog

And here's a very exquisite card.  Could be for any occasion, but love it for the Happy Retirement sentiment

Love the use of the new Lots of Labels Framelits (138281).  Doesn't this just set off the beautiful elk from the stamp set The Wilderness Awaits (139365).  A gorgeous card!

And here's another one using the same elk from The Wilderness Awaits (139365).  This one shared by Michele Schmidt is totally different, but very striking

Love how she used the Work of Art Stamp Set (134114) to highlight the elk.  And the Bohemian Designer Series Paper is beautiful - coordinated with the burlap ribbon (132140) and the new In-Color 5/8" Striped Cotton Ribbon in Blackberry Bliss.  Such rich colors
