Announcement from Stampin' Up
A number of you have experienced quality issues with the Blendabilities product line, which has resulted in frustration for both you and your customers.
Due to the nature of the defect, we have concluded that difficulties, dissatisfaction, and product returns will only become more widespread. The manufacturer is unable to correct the problem in a manner that we are certain would meet our high quality standards and provide us with a stable, long-term solution.
Therefore, after a great deal of deliberation and in order to prevent further disappointment, the Blendabilities product line has been discontinued.
So.....
- The Blendabilities markers have been experiencing defect issues, namely that many of the markers arrived dry to the customers.
- Unfortunately, the manufacturer is unable to correct the problem and provide Stampin' Up! with a solution. Therefore the product line has been discontinued.
- The good news is that Stampin' Up! is committed to ONLY selling the BEST products available, so rather than ship a defective product and continue to send replacements, they have made this decision.
- The Memento Black Ink pad and refill will still be available (and that's great news because it's a fantastic black pad!)
WHAT SHOULD YOU DO?
1. If you ordered the Blendabilities within the last 90 days, and they are defective, please contact me, and I will be happy to contact Stampin' Up for you. Just let me know if you would like a refund or would like something else to replace them.
2. If you placed an order and earned the Blendabilities free during Sale-A-Bration and they are on backorder or your products are defective, you can choose another Sale-A-Bration product and Stampin' Up will send it to you. Again, I will be happy to call Stampin' Up with your new choice of product from the Sale-A-Bration Catalog. And...Stampin' Up has added 4 NEW products that you can choose from in addition to the items in the catalog. Click here to see these new products. Stampin' Up has also offered a survey which you can fill out and get replacement SAB products.
3. If you ordered in my online store and your Blendabilties are on "back order", please contact me with your choice of a refund or other product and I will be happy to contact Stampin' Up for you!
