Another wonderful Swap from The Stampin' Up Incentive Trip

I saw this card on a table and couldn't really figure out how it was made - AND then I came home with it!!! YIPPEE SKIPPEE! I'll be casing this too as it's such a darling card

First it was packaged in this darling envelope that Doreen ran through the Fancy Fan Embossing Folder

The card itself looked like this

Then here it is after taking off the Belly Band

Absolutely stunning!!

This is another one, I'll be making, sharing and probably doing a tutorial on!!
