I'm always looking for quick gifts that are quick to make, inexpensive and USEFUL!! KWIM???
I found note pads for $1.50 at a big box store and stocked up. And today I made up a bunch of them....The backs on these pads have a magnetic strip - I took it off and then added some sticky strip tape and attached it to the back of my "folder". Refrigerator perfect!!
The ones I found measure 8" x 4", so you might have to adjust your measurements a bit, but I will give you the measurements for these, so you don't have to start from scratch.
Cut card stock 8 7/8" x 8 1/2"
Score at 4 1/4" and 4 5/8"
Add sticky strip tape to the back of the pad and mount it on the right inside of your folder
For the front I cut a piece of card stock 8 1/4" x 4"
For the desginer series paper I cut 8" x 3 3/4"
I printed out "NOTES" on the computer - used the Decorative Label Punch (120907, page 181) to punch it out and added a frame to the back also with the Decorative Label Punch. Adhered it with dimensionals
DONE
See how quick and easy that was!
And these are SO useful. I always keep one or two on my frig!!
