Faux Patina Technique

This is such a fun and elegant technique - Faux Patina - here's another sample I made to show in class.  Click here for a little tutorial

And note....on this I used the Silver Embossing Powder instead of the gold - a totally different look, but LOVE the effect!!

Stamp Set: Just Thinking (129940, page 21 Spring Catalog)

Card Stock:  Early Espresso, Island Indigo, Whisper White

Ink:  Pool Party, Island Indigo, Soft Suede, Early Espresso, (or your choice of colors - 1 light/neutal color, 1 medium colors and 1 dark color) , VersaMark, Silver Embossing Powder (109131, page 133)

Embellishments:   Sycamore Street Ribbons and Buttons (SAB now retired)

Big Shot:  Window Frames Framelits (129021); Vintage Wallpaper Embossing Folder (120175, page 189)
