Yes I had to try it and had such fun doing so. The Chalkboard Technique. It seems to be the newest crazy in the stamping world. Such fun!
Here's the card I demonstrated before we made another card. Love this technique. I sed the Best of Birthdays Stamp Set that is the limited edition set that Stampin' Up is offering during this, their 25th year. I used all the stamps in the set and placed them all on my biggest acrylic block and stamped all at once. Pretty nice!

Here's a quick tutorial on how to do the "Chalkboard Technique"
1. Start with Basic Black Card Stock
2. Stamp image in VersaMark
3. Heat set White Embossing Powder over image
4. Using a Stampin' Sponge, spread a little bit of white craft ink over to give it the "chalkboard" look
That's it!! Easy, eh?
