Can you believe this is the last day of 2012 - it has simply flown by; and now we are approaching a whole New Year!! Yippee!!
I want to wish all a very Happy New Year and hope 2013 is your best year yet!!
And a new year means a brand new catalog - well a brand new seasonal catalog. We can now go beyond the holidays and focus on other projects, right?
I wanted to share this card I made today - it's using the new All Dressed Up Bundle from the Spring Catalog (page 32). I have to confess I didn't "get it" at first!! I purchased the bundle with the stamp set and framelits and didn't even see the Card Base Pop 'n Cuts and Dress From Pop 'n Cuts. Then I saw a video and - just had to purchase them!! This is using a brand new type of die and is SO easy to use. I can testify to that!
This is the front of the card (details and products below)
and you open it up and......
Now is that cute or what? Here's a close up of the dress
and here is what I used
Stamp Set: From My Heart (126555 W, 126557 C, page 139)
Card Stock: Basic Black, Whisper White, Real Red, Polka Dot Parade (126902, page 164), Silver Gimmer (124005)
Ink: Real Red
Embellishments: 1/4" Real Red Stitched Grosgrain Ribbon (126875, page 173), Basic Pearls (119247, page 175), 5/8" Flower Trim (available 1/3/13, page 5 Spring Catalog)
Big Shot: Dress Up Framelits Dies (available 1/3/13, page 32 Spring Catalog); Card Base Pop 'n Cuts Die (available 1/3/13, page 32 Spring Catalog), Dress Form Pop 'n Cuts (available 1/3/13, page 32 Spring Catalog), Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder (117335, page 189)
Isn't that just SO fun - I can see so many uses for this cool set!!
And here is the quick video on how to use these new Pop 'n Cuts Dies
Enjoy!!
