So sorry Karen; I did get distracted yesterday, but am on the ball today - here's a little tutorial for the Man's Shirt shared here.
Here's the original shirt - this was a swap from our Shoebox Swap from convention. It's just SO fun to be able to MAKE CARDS at convention, so we joined Sherrie Robinson's Shoe Box Swap.
Stamp Sets: Best Dad Ever (WM 120399, CM 120681, page 27), Patterned Party (WM 123065, CM 123067, page 46)
Card Stock: Bashful Blue, Whisper White
Ink: Night of Navy, Real Red
Embellishments: Neutrals Brads (119736, page 174)
Punch: Ticket Duo Builder (126883, page 182)
Cut a piece of Bashful Blue card stock 8 1/2" x 4 1/4". Score at the 4 1/4" mark on the 8 1/2" side and crease and fold.
Measure from the fold down on each side and put a tick mark at 3/4".
Measure from the 3/4" tick mark in to 1" and place a small mark. Cut along that line to the 1" mark
Fold the cut pieces into form the collar. Add a brad to each corner before adhering them down with mini glue dot
Punch out a "pocket" with the Ticket Duo Punch (cut in half) and add to the front of the card with a dimensional. We sponged around the pocket to give it dimension.
Stamp one of the ties from Best Dad Ever, cut it out with scissors and add to the front of the shirt with dimensionals
Stamp the pattern from Patterned Party and the "Happy Birthday" from Best Dad Ever.
Done!! Cute, eh?
I don't take credit for this card, and have lost the originators name!
