Carol Lovenstein, another Stampin' Up Demonstrator, shared this wonder idea about using the Framelits Labels to make a little "Clutch Purse" card. Then I also saw Katie Resop's and just had to make my own. These would be SO fun to put a gift card in and gift for a graduate or some other special occasion!
Doesn't that just beat all LOL???!!!
SO cute and so easy to make. First you fold a piece of 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 piece of card like you are making a card. You place your folded card into the largest framelit like below
Then you lay on your Stampin' Up Simply Scored Scoring Tool and score diagonally both ways about 3/4 apart. How easy is that? I added lots of bling!!
Brushed Silver Clutch Purse
I used the Brushed Silver Paper found on page 181 (100712). The clasp is about 1/2 of a 2 1/2" Basic Black Circle. Then about 1/2 of a 1 3/4" Scallop Circle in Silver Glimmer Paper. then a 1 1/4" Black circle and 1" Brushed Silver Circle with Basic Rhinestones!
White/Red Clutch Purse
I used Whisper White for the base of the purse. And Red and Silver Glimmer paper in the same dimensions and the Silver Purse with Basic Pearls
