I probably will be overwhelming you with samples from the Tea Shoppe set found in the new Occasions Min Catalog 2012. It's just SO perfect for so many occasions
I'm going to start in Technique Tuesday classes starting on the 3rd of January and running every first Tuesday of the month. The first technique we will be doing is embossing. My favorite thing to do. We will do a simple embossing technque and then a double embossing. If you are interested in attending this class, just let me know! I have some special deals if you sign up and pay ahead of time (12 classes for the price of 10!!)
If there is enough interest, I will be happy to do a "Class by Mail". With this option you would pay ahead of time and I will send you all the products to make the projects will be making in class - including the card with directions. I am asking all my attendees to purchase a 6 x 6 album to put their cards and sample. If you are interested in my "Class by Mail" just let me know and I will give you more information.
And here's the card I made using the new Tea Shoppe set and embossing - and the FUN thing is that I used the new Melon Clear Embossing Powder from the Occasions Mini - more below
Stamp Set: Tea Shoppe (WM 125545, CM 125547, page 19 Occasions Mini 2012)
Card Stock: Poppy Parade, Very Vanilla, Attic Boutique Designer Series Paper (125407, page 23 Occasions Mini 2012)
Ink: Poppy Parade, Scented Stampin' Emboss Powder Melon (127034, page 35 Occasions Mini 2012)
Yep this smells like Melons! Yummy
To emboss the big tea cup, I stamped in Poppy Parade. I then used the Stamp-A-Ma-Jig (101049, page 207) to stamp again in Versamark. I then poured my Melon Scented Stampin' Emboss Powder on and heat set it. Kind of hard to see in the pictures, but it's shiny and smells heavenly!!
