Thank goodness we have power again - I could make a LONNNNNGGGGG list of things we need to be thankful for and the one main thing is electricity. Sorry, but the "good 'ole days" were definitely not good in my humble opinion. Lanterns and fires just don't do it LOL
On to better things, right?
I wanted to share these masculine cards I made using the Top Note Die. Yes, I still haven't really finished sharing all the projects i made with the Top Note - so had to share these items
I used the Wood Sheets that Stampin' Up sells to make these three cards.
Stamp Sets: Forest Friends (113748, page 93), On Your Birthday (111664, page 153)
Card Stock: Garden Green, Whisper White, Woodland Walk Designer Series Pper (117389, page 173), Wood Sheets (116309, page 25)
Ink: Chocolate Chip, Garden Green
Punches: 1 1/4" Circle (119861, page 202), 1 3/8" Circle (119860, page 202)
Big Shot: Top Note Die (113463, page 207)
Did you even know we sold Wood Sheets? They are in the Big Shot section!! They come in a package with 4 sheets that are 5 3/4" x 13 3/4". Perfect to run through the Big Shot. They do give these cards a very masculine feel!! Love them
Card #2
Stamp Sets: On Your Birthday (111664, page 153)
Card Stock: Garden Green, Whisper White, Woodland Walk Designer Series Pper (117389, page 173), Elegant Soiree (117163, pag 175) Wood Sheets (116309, page 25)
Ink: Chocolate Chip,
Punches: 1 3/4" Circle (119850, page 202), Two-Step Owl (118074, page 200), Two-Step Bird (117191, page 202)
Big Shot: Top Note Die (113463, page 207)
So for this card I used the "negative" piece of the Top Note Die to frame the owl. No waste!!
Card #3
Stamp Sets: Nature Silhouettes (111542, page 117), On Your Birthday (111664, page 153)
Card Stock: Garden Green,Very Vanilla, Wood Sheets (116309, page 25)
Ink: Chocolate Chip
Big Shot: Top Note Die (113463, page 207)
Again I used the "negative" part of the Top Note Die - love the way it frames this picture!! I'm always looking for ideas for masculine cards and these really fit the bill!!
