I decided to use the beautiful Elegant Soiree Designer Series Paper and make it Vintage!
Stamp Set: Fresh Cuts (111634, page 135)
Card Stock: Baja Breeze, Soft Suede, Very Vanilla, Elegant Soiree (117163, page 175)
Ink: Basic Black, Baja Breeze
Embellishment: Basic Rhinestones (119246, page 188), Crochet Trim (118480, page 190)
Tools: Stapler, 3 x 3 post-it note pad, Sponge Daubers (102892, page 195)

Here's how to make this quick, easy gift
Step 1
Cut a piece of Baja Breeze Card Stock 8 3/8” x 3 3/8”. Score at 3 ¼”, 3 5/8” and 7 3/8” along the 8 3/8” length
Using the Scallop Trim Border punch, punch the trim along the 1” edge. Fold on the score line and stamp “For You” on the over edge. Put two staples into the bottom of the 1” piece to hold this together
Fold on remaining score lines.
Step 2
Apply Elegant Soiree to Soft Suede and tie ribbon around. Adhere to front of matchbook.
Step 3
Run Very Vanilla through the Big Shot in the Vintage Wallpaper Embossing Folder. Line up and cut out 1 ¼” circle. Using a sponge dauber, sponge over the embossed area. Adhere to 1 3/8” soft suede and then to the Baja Breeze Scallop circle. Add Basic Rhinestone to center. Apply Scallop embellishment to front of matchbook cover.
Add 3” x 3” post-it note pad to center with Sticky Tape
Now is that simple or what???

To make the scallop flowers, cut 1 2 3/8” scallop circle and 1 ¾” scallop circle. With paper snips, cut every other scallop almost to the center. Mount smaller scallop circle on larger circle.
