I have been wanting to do a OSW (One Sheet Wonder) with a Simply Scrappin' Kit for a long time - and today was the day. Actually my hubby went to a car swap meet for overnight, so I was really going to get a LOT done - alone!! In fact, I was lonesome and couldn't concentrate on anything until he came home at 7:00 p.m. tonight - then I headed for my craft room and did these 16 cards!!
Here they all are together. I will share closer pictures below.
I used the Happy B-Day Simply Scrappin' Kit (115695, page 166). The colors card Ruby Red, Brocade Blue, Certainly Celery and Crushed Curry. Very bright and cheery.
I cut up the textured card stock (8 sheets with two each of the above colors) for the card bases. I then used the left-over card stock for framing and decorations. I used one piece of the designer print paper for the OSW template. I also used some of the other sheets to add to the bases for decoration. I still have three full sheets of designer print paper and lots of the stickers left for scrapbooking pages!!
I added a few sentiments with my favorite sentiment set Teeny Tiny Wishes (115370, page 145), and some matching ribbon and brads and buttons. But mostly I used the sticky die cuts that come with the Simply Scrappin' Kit.
I wish to thank Mae Collins, a Tasmanian demonstrator, for the inspiration and her template. Since she made her template in centimeters, and I'm NOT good at converting, I followed her examples with various changes to fit inches :) I would like to thank Mae for her inspiration!!
This was fun and fairly quick!! I think it took me about three hours from start to finish!

Hi Jan, these cards are great! Thanks for acknowledging that I was the one who inspired your creations. It is great to share with one another our love of papercrafting!
