Sometimes we just need to take time out and do something really fun!! A friend is having a birthday soon and I made up some fun things for her.
She is going to receive some cards, a new pair of shoes in a shoe box (no less) AND I'll add some goodies just for her!!
Here's the shoes with their shoe box
The Shoes
....and the bag that will be filled with cards
I used the Groom Paper (116478, page 158) and Night and Day Speciality (116768, page 10 Holiday Mini 2009)
You can find the templates for the shoes here. There are two templates. One for the shoe and one for the lining.
Christina Giese gave me the dimensions for the shoe box - I'm going to copy her instructions as they worked perfectly.
We don't have paper big enough to just use one sheet of paper...because you would need a sheet that is: 15x12
I would suggest cutting 2 sheets of DSP that make up this size - so: 12x9 (x2) and overlap them to get the 15x12
Then - you would score 4 inches all the way around, then cut accordingly.
The lid would be 11x8, and you would score this at 1-7/8 all the way around.
Please email me at [email protected] if you have questions.
Would love to see what you make!!
