Quick and Easy Gift Card Holders and B.Y.O.P. (Buy Your Own Present Stamp Set)
Until I started making these gift card holders, I didn't realize how very versatile the B.Y.O.P. (Buy Your Own Present) Stamp Set really is. It covers most occasions you might have – Birthday, Graduation, Baby, Wedding! LOVE such a versatile stamp set!
I found making these gift card holders are so fast, that I kind of went crazy. Gift cards are ALWAYS appreciated by anyone as they can use them to spend for something THEY really want.
I shared this as a demonstrator in our club meetings this last week and everyone was impressed at how quick and easy they are!!
I thought I would do a little tutorial so you can see how EASY these are to make. Need a quick gift? This will take you 10 minutes or less to make

You can use the envelopes that come with the Note Card Collection (Item # 131527 – page 194 of the annual catalog)
Tutorial
1. Cut a piece of designer series paper 4" x 9 5/8" and score at 1 3/4", 4 1/2" 5 3/4" and 7"
2. Fold starting at the 1 1/2" score a mountain fold, 4 1/2" score line mountain fold, 5 3/4" score line a valley fold and the 7" score line a mountain fold. It should make a "W" as below
3. Add a piece of sticky tape to one side of the "W" and adhere together – this makes the gift card holder
It should now look like this
4. Using the Word Window Punch – punch across the top of the "W" – this will be the place to insert your gift card. TIP: I lined up the SIDE of the punch along the side of the card holder – punch once and then slid it across to punch again until the other side lined up. I did have to punch a little bit more out of either side for my card to slide in.
5. Just add a gift card and a sentiment inside and it's DONE!
I added a Belly Band measuring 1" x 7" and attached my sentiment to the front of that.
